Terms and conditions
Vmoto Soco will hold one theme campaign every month to pick out 3 winner users and 3 users for best participation at the beginning of next month, for a total of 18 users in 3 sessions.
At the end of the third period, all selected UGCs will be uploaded to the official website of Vmoto Soco (https://en.vmotosoco.com) for followers to vote, and the most-voted candidate will win a DJI Mavic Air 2.
First session: Cybersoco
The future has imploded into the present! In this single, unrestricted urban map, how do you approach life? Is it driving around marvelling at everything your bike has to offer or just enjoying the freedom of the ride?

Conditions of participation
§1 Participation
(1) Vmoto Soco is the organiser of the competition
(2) Instagram is the exclusive platform for the campaign participation
(3) Competition period: April 30th 2021 to May 30th, 2021
(4) Eligible persons to participate in the campaigns must be at least the legal motorcycle driving age in their country
(5) To participate:
- Follow @Vmotosoco on Instagram
- Post the related content on Instagram
- Tag @Vmotosoco and add the hashtag #CyberSoco to the post and tag at least one friend
(6) Prizes:
- Vmoto Soco reserves the right to decide the final winner and prize tier depending on the creativity and interaction effect of the content posted by users in participation of the competition.
- Prize: 3x Apple HomePod Mini. 3 individual candidates will be selected for the final campaign
(7) Content posted by users that participate in the competition may be shared on Vmoto Soco’s social media channels.
§2 Exclusion from the competition
(1) Employees of Vmoto Soco are excluded from participation.
(2) If these conditions of participation are violated, Vmoto Soco reserves the right to exclude people from the competition.
(3) People who make use of unauthorised aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation are also excluded. If necessary, winnings may also be withdrawn and reclaimed subsequently in such cases.
§3 Implementation and processing
(1) The winner will be notified by Vmoto Soco by private Instagram message in early June 2021. Vmoto Soco is not liable if the winner does not take note of the message in time.
(2) If the winner does not respond within 7 days of sending the notification, the claim to the prize shall expire and a new winner will be determined.
(3) A cash prize or any substitute prize is in no case possible.
(4) The claim to the prize or a replacement prize cannot be assigned.
(5) After the win, the processing takes place exclusively in direct between the winner and Vmoto Soco.
§4 Premature termination of the lottery
Vmoto Soco reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. Vmoto Soco makes use of this possibility in particular if for technical or legal reasons a proper execution of the game cannot be guaranteed. The official deadline for participation is May 30th, 2021 12:00 CET.
§5 Data protection
Vmoto Soco undertakes the observe the statutory provisions on data protection.
§6 Miscellanious
(1) Legal recourse is excluded.
(2) Chinese law is exclusively applicable.
(3) Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms of use.
(4) These terms of use can be changed at any time by Vmoto Soco without separate notification.
